Welcome to MyAdsIndia ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and MyAdsIndia regarding your access to and use of myadsindia.com, including all related apps, APIs, and communication tools.
1. Acceptance & User Eligibility
By creating an account, browsing listings, or posting advertisements on MyAdsIndia, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age (or have explicit parental/guardian consent) and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you do not agree to all terms outlined herein, you must immediately cease using the platform.
2. Account Security & Truthful Representation
Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for all activities carried out under their account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and truthful information during registration and in all classified ad postings. Providing fictitious telephone numbers, misleading price tags, or impersonating individuals or brands is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.

To maintain a safe, family-friendly, and legally compliant marketplace, we strictly prohibit the listing, trading, or advertisement of any of the following categories:

You retain ownership of all photographs, titles, and descriptions you upload to MyAdsIndia. By posting content, you grant MyAdsIndia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, index, format, and promote your listings across our search engine and social channels.
5. Intermediary Status & Disclaimer of Transactions
MyAdsIndia operates solely as a technological intermediary within the meaning of Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We do not participate in negotiations, process buyer payments, handle physical deliveries, or warrant the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by independent sellers. Any contract for sale is strictly bipartite between buyer and seller.
6. Copyright Infringement & Takedown Requests
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work or registered trademark is being infringed on our platform, please send a written takedown notice to copyright@myadsindia.com containing: (a) URL of the listing, (b) proof of ownership, and (c) your contact information. Our legal team will investigate and remove violating material within 36 hours.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, MyAdsIndia and its directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, failed offline transactions, or data loss.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
