  • Regulated Products: Prescription drugs, medical devices, tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, and vaping products.

  • Scams and Financial Fraud: Get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid schemes, fake job listings, and phishing websites.

4. User Generated Content & License

Users of MyAdsIndia may post ads, upload photos, and chat. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and publish the content you post on the site.

By posting content, you grant MyAdsIndia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content across our platform for promotional and operational purposes.

5. Copyright / DMCA Infringement Claims

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us with details (link to the posting, description of your work, and proof of ownership) at copyright@myadsindia.com, and we will take immediate action to investigate and remove the infringing material.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyAdsIndia and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
